The Iron Griffins brought their strength and spirit to the USPA Winter Showdown this past Saturday in Eatontown, NJ!

Every team member achieved personal bests, shattered national records, and set new state records—an incredible accomplishment!
A special congratulations to Senior Captain Gianna  Apostolakos for winning Best Lifter with an impressive 117 lb. bench press and 276 lb. deadlift! She took home a Texas Power Bar and a gift certificate but is generously donating the bar to Coach Deppen and the ATF—true leadership in action.

Way to go, Griffins! And a heartfelt thank you to our seniors for four years of dedication, hard work, and for paving the way for future student-athletes. Your legacy of excellence will inspire generations to come!
