ADDITIONAL STUDENT FEES
  • Application Fee: $60  (Incoming Freshmen & Transfer Students)
  • Commitment Fee (New Students): $250 with signed Tuition Contract 
  • Commitment Fee (Returning Students): $200 (Fee WILL be added to March 2026 Tuition) (non-refundable) 
  • Student 9-12 Instructional Fee: $350 
  • Freshman/Transfer (Grade 9 and first-year transfers) Technology Fee: $500 
  • Senior Graduation Fee: $300 
  • Athletic Fee: $300 one time annual fee per student athlete
  • Donovan Catholic Private Transportation Fee: $1,200 (See Transportation page for detailed explanation of this applies to you)

Available Payment Plans :
  • 10 Monthly payments: June -March
  • 4 Monthly payments: June, September, December, March
  • 2 Monthly payments: June & November
  • 1 Month payment: June (Tuition Admin Fee reduced to $22)
  • Pay in full:  Deadline May 1st (Receive a $200 per student discount.)  (Not applicable if awarded financial aid)   
    Payment In Full MUST be processed with the Tuition Office to receive the discount (appointment required)

  • IMPORTANT:
    • Current Families MUST complete a FACTS Application each school year to determine eligibility for financial assistance and the amount granted is applicable only to that corresponding school year and is not guaranteed for subsequent school years.

     

    • New Students MUST have a submitted application for Donovan Catholic High School on file with Admissions before a completed FACTS Application is eligible to be reviewed for a tuition assistance determination. 

    • Donovan Catholic High School follows ALL NJSIAA Regulations prohibiting the granting of Athletic Scholarships

    TUITION ASSISTANCE FACTS APPLICATION POLICY:
    Families may apply for tuition assistance adhering to the following:
    • When completing the FACTS Application, please be sure all fields are completed with current & accurate information
    • Income from all sources for both Applicant & Co-Applicant must be provided
    • Supporting documentation is required to be uploaded to the application prior to submitting the FACTS Application.  Supporting documents include the most recent Tax Return filed & current year W-2 
    • If financial assistance is awarded, families will be notified by mail.  Award Letters are to be signed & returned to the Donovan Catholic Admissions Office. The award is then applied to your tuition account.
  • NOTE: Payment plans begin each June & payments must continue to ensure tuition is current while awaiting award status. 

    Donovan Catholic utilizes an independent Financial Aid Office to process requests for financial assistance submitted through FACTS.  To remain compliant, all information provided on the FACTS application, along with the required supporting documents will be thoroughly verified.  If required information or documentation is not provided and cannot be verified, the application will not be reviewed for determination.

    • FACTS is a 3rd party provider that ensures a fair and impartial analysis. The formula used has been designed for families with children attending Catholic schools.  FACTS initiates a comprehensive review and verification process ensuring the accuracy of the data . The calculated need is based on a moderate standard of living for the geographic area of applicants to ensure realistic results.
