Please fill out and submit the following form to apply for Donovan Catholic High School's Class of 2031. Please note: This form is only for prospective Grade 9 students only. All transfer students must complete the Transfer Student Application.

Our Admissions Team will be in touch beginning in Fall 2027 with important updates and next steps as we move through the admissions process.
