At Donovan Catholic, we know that strong leadership and a clear vision are essential to providing the very best Catholic education. Choosing the right high school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. At Donovan Catholic, we are proud to provide a faith-filled and academically excellent environment where every student can thrive.

MRS. KIMBERLY GLEINIG M.ED., PRINCIPAL

Mrs. Kimberly Gleinig is a proud alumna of Monsignor Donovan High School Class of 2008, and today she leads the very school she once called home as a student. After graduating from Donovan, she went on to earn her B.A. in History from Georgian Court University, her World History Specialization from Monmouth University and her M.Ed., Educational Leadership and Administration from Georgian Court University. Mrs. Gleinig is now pursuing her Doctor of Education in Administration and Leadership. Her entire teaching and administrative career has been here at Donovan, where she has grown from educator to Vice Principal and now serves our Griffin community as Principal. Deeply connected to our community, Mrs. Gleinig is dedicated to preparing Donovan Catholic students to be 21st-century learners while carrying forward the traditions and values that make our school so special.

MR. DARRYL HEALE M.A., VICE PRINCIPAL

Mr. Heale joined the Donovan Catholic leadership team as Vice Principal in 2024. During a period of transition, he graciously stepped into the role of Interim Principal for the following school year, providing steady leadership and dedicated service to our community. We are pleased to share that Mr. Heale will now return to his role as Vice Principal. He will continue to work closely with our Director, Rev. Scott Shaffer and our Principal, Mrs. Gleinig, to lead Donovan Catholic into a bright future. With 34 years in education and 20 years in school administration, Mr. Heale has served as a teacher, coach, school counselor, supervisor, and assistant principal throughout his career. He earned his B.S. from West Chester University and his M.A. in Educational School Leadership from Georgian Court University. His breadth of experience across multiple roles equips him to guide Donovan Catholic with wisdom and care.

Together, Mr. Heale and Mrs. Gleinig, along with the support of Director Fr. Scott Schaffer, are committed to providing every Donovan student with an excellent education rooted in faith, academic growth, and personal development.
