Class of 2026 - Grade 9 Students 2022-2023

Class of 2026 Admissions Checklist

  1. Complete the Class of 2026 Online Application and register for the HSPT November 6th at Donovan Catholic High School. Registration and payment options are available on the online application. The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is an admissions test given to 8th graders applying to Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Trenton.

  2. Request Student Records
    1. Print and complete the Request for Student Records form.
    2. Submit the completed Request for Student Records form to the Main Office or Guidance Office at your current school.
    3. If your child is receiving any service plans (IEP/ISP/504), please email a copy to admissions@donovancatholic.org.

  3. Apply for Scholarships - Donovan Catholic & Community Scholarships are due November 19th unless otherwise noted.

  4. Complete FACTS Tuition Assistance if applicable by November 19th. 

 All Acceptance Letters and Notification Letters will be mailed out the week of December 20, 2021.

  2. Request Student Records
    1. Print and complete the Request for Student Records form.
    2. Submit the completed Request for Student Records form to the Main Office or Guidance Office at your current school.
    3. If your child is receiving any service plans (IEP/ISP/504), please email a copy to admissions@donovancatholic.org.

  3. Complete FACTS Tuition Assistance Application 

  4. All transfer students will have an interview with a member of Donovan Catholic's Admissions Committee. The Admissions Office will be in contact for scheduling.

The Admissions Office contact you as soon as your Transfer Student Application is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  

 

Immunizations (as will be stated in the Handbook): The policy of Donovan Catholic is that all students must be immunized.  Religious exemptions will not be accepted.  Donovan Catholic does accept medical exemptions upon the completion of NJ Health Department Documents by your child's physician. Please contact the Donovan Catholic Admissions Office for more information.

The State of New Jersey requires all students receive the following immunizations:  Hepatitis B, Polio, Diphtheria-Pertussis-Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Meningococcal, Tdap, and Varicella.
