ALUMNI SPOTLIGHTS

   Alexandra Marcantonio,  C'15

Alexandra Marcantonio graduated from Donovan Catholic in 2015 and went on to attend Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. She graduated in May of 2019 Cum Laude with a double major in Food Marketing and International Business from the Haub School of Business. At Saint Joseph's she had the opportunity to be the President of the Food Marketing Association, a Food Marketing Academy Ambassador, SJU Campus Manager for a national apparel company- University Tees, a sister of the Alpha Phi sorority, an upper-class mentor for freshman, and was heavily involved in community service. She also held an internship position at E&J Gallo Winery in their Leadership Development Program. As of recent, she has started her professional career at Wakefern Food Corporation in Edison, New Jersey, as Procurement Analyst. Wakefern is the largest retail supermarket food cooperative in the United States. The cooperative operates under four banners: Shop Rite, Price Rite, The Fresh Grocer, and Dearborn Market.



 

 Brendan Ryan, C’16

Brendan Ryan graduated Donovan Catholic in 2016 and went on to attend College of Mount Saint Vincent. He has studied a double major in Studio Art and Visual Art and Experimental Media. Brendan is an extraordinarily gifted artist who’s not only catching the attention of the Division of Communication, Art, and Media, but who’s making a splash in the neighborhood, including recently selling one of his creations to the City of Yonkers. With graduation only a spring semester away, Brendan’s also looking ahead at future career plans. His extraordinary attention to detail and fine draftsmanship earned him two summer internships at Robert Stack LLC, an architecture firm in Ship Bottom, NJ, where he designed and built scale models of high-end homes. Now, he’s planning to pursue a Master of Architecture degree and, subsequently, he’s been notified that there’s a job waiting for him at the firm should he decide to follow that career path.

John Williams, C'15

John A. Williams class of 2015 accepted a position with Focused Technology Solutions, in Rockaway Township, NJ, as their Marketing Media Manager. John graduated Cum Laude with many honors and awards from Cabrini University in 2019, with a degree in Digital Communications and Social Media.

 

 

 

 

PERFORMING ARTS SCHEDULE





MAME SUCCESS

Congratulations to our amazingly talented cast and crew of MAME!  One hundred twenty-five of our students worked in front of and behind the stage to help bring this classic to life and started the holiday season off right! Thank you to the director Mr. Heitmann on an outstanding play!  The cast and crew would like to send special shout outs to Mr. Frazee, Mr. Hrycenko, Mrs. Crescenz and the talented crew for the beautiful sets, backdrops and costumes that made the show visually spectacular.
