How to Apply

**Immunizations (as will be stated in the Handbook): The policy of Donovan Catholic is that all students must be immunized.  Religious and medical exemptions will not be accepted.  

The State of New Jersey requires all students receive the following immunizations:  Hepatitis B, Polio, Diphtheria-Pertussis-Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Meningococcal, Tdap, and Varicella.
  1. Transfer applicants should submit an on-line application for rolling admissions.

  2. Fill out the Request for Student Records form and bring to your high school’s Guidance Office. Transcripts should include three consecutive years of grades as well as any standardized test scores from those three years. Students who apply during the 2nd semester should submit a 3rd quarter report card.

  3. Call the Admissions Office to schedule an interview. (732-349-8801 x 2426)

  4. Donovan Catholic does not accept transfer students for senior year unless the student has recently moved.  Evidence of a change of address must be provided.  Transfer students coming from another Catholic high school must submit a letter indicating that they have no outstanding financial obligations to the previous school before their application will be reviewed.

  5. Applications for tuition assistance through FACTS may be filed online.
